1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your relationship with MicroDosing Training (“we”, “us”, “our”, “MDT”) and apply to your use of our website, digital content, and related services (“Service”). By purchasing or accessing any MDT products or content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.2. These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Service.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
1.4. If any material changes are made to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice by updating this page and/or notifying users via email where appropriate.
2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
2.1 Not Medical Advice
The Service provides general fitness and movement information for educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for determining whether participation in any activity described in the Service is appropriate for you. If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting.
2.2 Responsibility
By using our Service, you acknowledge that physical activity involves risk of injury and you voluntarily assume those risks. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MDT is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from your participation in any activities suggested by our content.
2.3 Results Disclaimer
Each person’s body, fitness level, and lifestyle are unique. We cannot guarantee specific results from following our plans. Your outcome depends on your consistency and individual circumstances.
3. REGISTRATION & USER DATA
3.1. To access your MDT travel plan, you may need to fill in a questionnaire or form providing details such as name, email, and travel preferences. You agree to provide accurate information.
3.2. We will use your information strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.3. The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access links or files delivered to you and for all activity related to your use of the Service.
4. SERVICE OVERVIEW
4.1. MDT offers 30-day short workout plans generated based on questionnaire responses and delivered digitally as a PDF file.
4.2. Each plan includes short, 1-minute exercises (and optional brief preparation sequences) designed for limited spaces (hotel, airport), outdoor (parks) and without sport equipment.
4.3. The plan is for personal use only and cannot be copied, distributed, or resold.
4.4. We may improve or modify our plans, content, or prices from time to time. Any changes will not affect plans already purchased unless required by law.
4.5. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. PAYMENT & DELIVERY
5.1. Payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party payment providers. Depending on your location and selected method, payment may be handled by a merchant of record or a direct payment service provider.
5.2. Once payment is completed, you will receive your plan within a reasonable time delivered via email or secure download link.
5.3. Prices are displayed in your local currency (where available, if not in USD) and include taxes where required by law.
5.4. MDT does not store or process your full payment card details. All payment transactions are handled securely by our authorized third-party payment providers.
6. REFUNDS
6.1. All MDT plans are digitally generated products delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.
6.2. You may request a refund only in the following exceptional cases:
You were charged but did not receive your selected plan within 7 business days after purchase; or
The file delivered to you was corrupted or incomplete and we were unable to resend it successfully.
6.3. Payments and refund requests are processed through the original payment provider used at checkout. Refund decisions are subject to verification and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion after verification of your request.
6.4. Once a digital content (MDT plan) has been generated and delivered to you, it is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued, except as required by applicable law.
6.5. EU Consumers: By purchasing the MDT products, you expressly agree to the immediate digital delivery of your generated content and acknowledge that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
6.6. Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method only and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All materials, graphics, exercises, and layouts are owned or licensed by MDT and protected by copyright laws.
7.2. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to view and use your PDF plan for private use.
7.3. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.
7.4. Any unauthorized use, sharing, or redistribution of MDT content may result in termination of access and legal action.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or plan.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price you paid for your plan.
8.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
9. PRIVACY & DATA
9.1. We collect and store limited user data (name, email, questionnaire answers) to personalize your plan and fulfill your order.
9.2. Full details are described in our Privacy Policy.
9.3. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection and communication practices.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
MDT Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our websites, online forms, and digital fitness services (“Service”).
By using the Service, you confirm that:
(i) you have read and understood this Privacy Policy;
(ii) you are at least 18 years old; and
(iii) you consent to the described data processing.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting support@microdosing-training.com. This Privacy Policy forms part of the MDT Terms of Service.
2. Categories of Personal Data We Collect
We process information in three ways:
(i) Data you provide directly
When using our websites, filling out questionnaires, or purchasing a plan, we may ask for:
Identifiers: name, email address, and payment details.
Preference data: gender, age group, fitness level, equipment availability, space (hotel, airport, outdoors), fitness goals, and special notes you choose to share.
Optional onboarding data: general movement preferences or training experience voluntarily provided by you.
You can skip non-required questions during onboarding by selecting “Skip” or leaving fields blank.
(ii) Automatically collected data
We may automatically collect technical data when you visit or interact with our website:
IP address and general location
Device type, operating system, and browser version
Language settings, time zone, and referral source
Usage statistics (pages visited, time spent, form completion)
This helps us deliver content properly, detect errors, and understand how users interact with our platform.
(iii) Data from third parties
When you pay through third-party payment service provider, we receive limited transaction data such as payment ID, amount, and status, but we do not store or have access to your full card information.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes: Service delivery – to generate and deliver your selected 30-day MDT plan (legal basis: performance of a contract). Customer communication – to send confirmations and support messages (legitimate interest). Analytics and improvements – to improve questionnaires and content (legitimate interest). Marketing – where you opt in (consent). Legal compliance – accounting, tax, and fraud prevention (legal obligation). We do not sell your personal data. Where required by law, we will request your explicit consent before processing optional personal data.
4. Sharing Your Personal Data
We share your information only with trusted partners necessary to operate the Service:
Payment service provider – for secure transaction processing.
Make (Integromat) – to automate plan generation and email delivery.
NocoDB – secure storage of order data.
Email providers – to send your PDF plan and notifications.
Analytics tools (google) – to measure website performance and improve user experience.
All partners process your data on our behalf and under strict confidentiality.
We may disclose data to authorities if required by law or to defend our legal rights.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tools to:
Keep your session active while filling out questionnaires
Measure usage and improve site performance
Remember your preferences (language, theme, etc.)
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function correctly.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of your personal data
Withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from emails)
Restrict or object to certain processing
Portability request your data in machine-readable format

We will verify your request and respond within 7–30 days, depending on the complexity of the request and applicable legal requirements.
7. Age Limitation
MDT products are intended for adults 18 years or older.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, please contact us for immediate deletion.
8. International Data Transfers
We operate globally. Your data may be transferred to servers outside your country (for example, Israel, the EU, or the United States).
We use secure transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for:
Order and delivery fulfillment (up to 2 years)
Accounting and tax compliance (as required by law)
Customer support history (12 months)
After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
10. Data Security
We use secure HTTPS connections, encrypted storage, and limited database access to protect your personal data.
While we take all reasonable measures, no system is completely immune to unauthorized access. Please protect your credentials and avoid sharing them with others.
